Call out for bands- Battle at the Bridge

Battle at the 'Bridge is calling all bands in the Nillumbik area (Eltham, Diamond Creek, Hurstbridge) to play at the Hurstbridge Battle on 29th August.
First Prize is 10 Hours recording time at Jets studios.

L2P Learner Driver Mentor Program

The Banyule L2P learner driver mentor program is a community based program developed by VicRoads to support young people who face significant barriers in completing their mandatory 120 hours of on road driving experience.
If you're aged between 16 and 20 years and live or have strong connections with the City of Banyule, you hold a current Learner's Permit and are unable to access traditional family supports associated with learning to drive you should apply.

Enrol to Vote Video Competition

The ABC are looking for witty clever videos which encourage voters to get on the electoral roll or update their enrolment before the election. A judging panel will pick a vido that they thing sells the message best and award the maker a $1000 prize and a screening on Q & A.

Ship for World Youth - Applications Open

Are you 18-30 years old, passionate about raising cultural awareness, promoting international understanding and encouraging youth development. Are you interested in Japan? Are you keen to represent young Australians?
Australia has been selected as one of 13 countries to particiapte in SWY23 (The 23rd Ship for World Youth Program). It will run from Jan 11 to March 3 2011.
The Japanese government are calling for applications from young Australians to be one of 11 to represent our country on the program.
