Cara~May was writing songs at age 11 and since then has come a long way to releasing her own original music in 2020. Cara explores her creative flair by storytelling through lyrics, music videos and original characters.
Cara~May’s music consists of alternative pop styles and acoustic vibes, including singles like In The Eye Of The Storm, My Wish…, Love Is Hard and Belong. More recently she has been dabbling within the electronic and dance genre with the songs Please and DOOM, with more styles and genres to come in 2026. She is also known for her busking sessions in Melbourne CBD and various other gigs.
When it comes to singing live she likes to perform originals and pop covers, with some added whimsy as per usual. As of last year, 100% of earnings from her music’s online streaming are now being donated to support struggling families and individuals in Palestine. Cara~May hopes to make a difference with the power of her music, whether it be to touch just one person’s soul or create change on a global scale, she doesn’t mind.
