These sessions are led by experts in the field and designed to be informative and include practical skills to assist families to support the young people in their lives. Parentline
Parentline is a confidential and anonymous phone counselling service for parents and carers of children and teenagers in Victoria. They offer counselling, information and support around a range of parenting issues. Parentline is open between 8am and midnight 7 days a week.

Family Matters at Berry Street
Family Matters is a free Family counselling program. They work with a range of family issues, most particularly the challenges which parenting an adolescent brings. ParentZone
The ParentZone team provide free support and advice to parents and carers.  Every year, ParentZone works with thousands of parents, carers and professionals to provide parents and carers with access to the resources and support they need to parent effectively.  Often parents report that they come to ParentZone group work programs to learn new strategies so they can stop yelling at their kids or losing their temper.  ParentZone is available to: Parents, Carers, Grandparents of children 0-18 years and Professionals working with children and families.
