Our Music Vibes and Art Vibes workshops are facilitated by industry creatives who support young people to explore ideas, creative skills and positive thoughts about themselves. Mindfulness plays a huge role in this. The Vibes sessions are held on Zoom and preparatory notes are provided to prepare your group for the sessions. The sessions are facilitated for up to one hour and are best facilitated in small groups (8-10). Both workshops are designed and delivered to community and school groups in the Banyule area.

A great way to explore mindfulness through creative art. Have fun playing art games that explore how art can be used to help you be in the moment. Leza helps participants to tune into their senses, to be mindfully present, and to enjoy the process of creating and experimenting with art.
